Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Dubai Fragrance are 100% authentic. We source our perfumes directly from authorized distributors and the most prestigious perfume houses in the UAE to ensure premium quality.

How long does shipping take?

We offer express worldwide shipping. Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1-2 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.

Do you offer samples before I buy a full bottle?

Yes, we offer a 'Discovery Set' and individual 2ml samples for our most popular Oud and Oriental blends so you can experience the scent on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For customers within the UAE, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Tabby for interest-free installments.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms as temperature fluctuations can break down the fragrance oils.
