At Dubai Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorization code.

  Pack Securely

  Place the fragrance in its original, sealed packaging and ensure it is protected with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UAE.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
